Winter Rates:

$2300 mo./ $900 wk./ $160 nightly

Winter Holiday weeks 10% added

Summer Rates:

$2900 mo./ $1100 wk./ $185 nightly

Winter: Oct. 1- April 30

Summer: May 1- Sept. 30

(2 nights minimum)

Weekly and nightly stays require

WA state lodging tax of 9.5%

         Longer term stays reduce monthly rates.

 Deposits and Fees:

1- To secure your reservation, one half of the total balance  must be paid, along with a signed contract.

We must receive your payment and the contract within 7 days of your initial inquiry.

2- A fully refundable damage deposit of $300-$500, depending on length of stay, is required.

Non-refundable Fees:

$95-$125 Basic light cleaning and laundry, depending on length of stay.

$100 Per dog fee (for dogs under 20 lbs.)This fee covers the privilege of having your pet. It does not cover damage or soiling. Damages are withheld from the damage deposit.

Cancellation Policy 

You may cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival.  If you cancel within 60 days of your arrival, there will be no refunds.  We strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.  No shows, late arrivals, change in number of persons, and early departures after arrival are non-refundable.

 Final Payment:

The balance must be paid 60 days in advance, unless other arrangements have been made. 

Reservations made 4 or more months in advance, must be paid in full 90 days before the booking date.

We accept personal checks, cash, bank money orders, postal money orders or bank checks. 

We do not accept credit cards at this time.
